Tom was born in Boston and is a lifelong resident of Burlington. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administrative Science in 1979 from Colby College in Waterville, Maine and he received a Juris Doctorate degree in 1982 from the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1982 and is also admitted to practice in the Federal courts. His practice encompasses all of the areas noted in the firm’s description, although his areas of emphasis include civil and criminal litigation, real estate, wills and estates, counseling of small businesses and municipal permitting. He has been an elected member of the Burlington School Committee since 1995 and has developed a working knowledge of school-related legal issues. He was also a long time member of the Board of Directors of the Woburn Bar Association. Tom and his wife Ginny reside in Burlington and are the proud parents of four children.
